台中沙鹿-鴨肉添

以前讀專科時...常常到沙鹿鎮上吃東西閒逛逛...
週末從雲林回新竹的路上...想說帶阿狗到沙鹿吃肉圓...
結果迷路不打緊...找到肉圓店全都沒開...
當下根本不知道要吃什麼...我對沙鹿還真是超不熟的!!! T___T

停了車到處走走覓食...金牛座的我們敏銳發覺巷口小店似乎人潮滿滿...
天氣冷吃吃當歸湯最適合了~~~店家生意真的粉好...口味也不錯啦!!!
有趣的老闆看我拍照就不時過來看一下...害我們都不敢沒有吃光...嘿嘿



春聯後方是熱滾滾的當歸湯...右邊則是小菜豬雜區...典型小吃攤的 FU~~~



整體而言當歸湯是當歸香氣多於濃郁微苦口感...阿狗粉愛...我倒是覺得淡了一些!
當歸湯頭可以任選搭配的主食...鴨肉軟嫩沒腥味...豬腳還可以選部位唷~~~
麵線口感優...細細的卻有硬中帶Q的感覺...吸滿當歸湯汁更是好好吃~~~
香Q帶有當歸湯香味的米血糕幾乎每桌都會點...燙青菜淋上重口味肉燥醬油調味



冷冷的天氣...藥膳湯補補真的粉舒服唷~~~



中棲路上新矗立的長長天橋...時光過得好快~~~轉眼都畢業10幾年了啊~~~
